NISSAN / INFINITI INFO REQUIRED FOR CHECKOUT
Certain years and models may contain slightly different info labels. Enter all of these IDs and serial numbers that can be found. Record these numbers correctly to complete your checkout process so we can be certain to send you the accurate update that is compatible.
HOW TO FIND INFO Navi ID
1. Push “Information” on your Nissan navigation system
2. Push “Map Information”
3. Write down NAVI ID (record and enter first 8 numeric digits)
Unit ID/Device ID
1. Push "INFO” on your navigation system
2. Highlight "Map Update" and push "ENTER"
3. Write down the 10-digit Unit ID that appears on the next screen (do not include hyphen)
Serial Number
1. On your Nissan navigation system, push “Information”
2. Push “Navigation Version”
3. Write down the serial number (8 digits) – note that it may contain leading zeroes (omit the hyphen)
Unit Code, Serial Number, Confirmation Code
1. Press the “MENU” button on the dashboard
2. When the menu appears, press the “INFO” button on the touchscreen
3. Next, press the “Navigation Version” button
4. This will open a screen that lists the unit code, serial number, and confirmation code

HOW TO FIND S/W Version(Software version) in your radio head unit
Each model may be a bit different in button configuration but this is the general process to find it.
- From the home screen select -SET UP- then -GENERAL- and S/W INFO.
- If the first option doesnt work, you can select - Info/Setup button, then select Device update button. A screen full of characters will appear and you will need to record the full S/W version number for your checkout process.
- Record the S/W version number correctly to complete your checkout process so we can be certain to send you an accurate update that is compatible
